Cream Bleach Lightener is the mildest - most gentle lightener made for "off-the-scalp" and "on-the scalp" applications... this is a mild lightener, not normally used for an all over lightener... this is used on patrons who have a sensitive scalp.
Although personally I would NOT use this on-the-scalp....I feel that oil must be included in that type of a setting so be careful in that venue, please.
