Q: I need help choosing my colors for my hair color will someone help me?                                                                           

A: Killerstrands BLOG is an education blog, we simply do not have the time nor resources There are many different types of blogs . . . and we chose to be a self-help BLOG with a mini Cosmetology course for YOU, the public. In the beginning KC was very helpful with many of you who wrote in needing help with hair color formula's. This kind of help had to change when we become more popular and today we receive hundreds of emails - - daily. Yes, we have hired more people but there is only 1 person with the proper answers to color formulation and that is KC. There is no way 1 person can handle that load  . . .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Q: A product that I used to order from Killer Strands is no longer on the website. What happened?
A: The world of hair care and hair color changes constantly, and unfortunately, manufacturers often choose to discontinue products quite suddenly. If one of your favorites disappeared from the store, chances are it was discontinued. However, you can certainly send us an email and we’ll look into it for you.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Killestrands has very unique shipping and handling issues with the wide variety of products we carry. We ship 'developer',hair color, oils, shampoos, conditioners and all sorts of items that very easily leak. We have read the USPS rules and realize that the USPS could shut us down if our products aren't wrapped & taped properly and handled carefully so there is no leakage AT ALL so we don't endanger other packages, distribution centers, or mail carriers. Shipping rates you are charged are determined on the "unique & special" handling of these products, the weight of your order and the distance it has to travel from our warehouse outside Los Angeles. Our checkout process gives you your shipping costs before your order is final. All orders over $125.00 receive FREE SHIPPING . . . so shop away.

Q: Do you ship to foreign countries?
A: Yes - YES - YES !  . Although there is a $40.00 minimum purchase requirement for all foreign orders. . . . please disregard the sentence that says something to the effect that we do not send to foreign countries  - -  because  - - WE DO ! !
